LinkedIn

LinkedIn is a business-oriented social networking site. It was founded in December 2002 and was launched on May 5 of the following year.

At the time of its launch, it was a groundbreaking idea to connect work professionals from around the world via one social network.

But the idea remained, grew and developed to unimaginable boundaries.

As of this writing, LinkedIn has more than 433 million accounts and counting. It is based in the United States, and it is available in 24 languages.

From 2015 onward, most of the site's income came from advertising and from access to information on its users to send to recruiters and/or sales professionals.

Without any doubt, LinkedIn is the best choice when hiring professionals.

There are some good alternative sites but you will not regret joining LinkedIn.

It is a tool for navigating through professional waters, and its design and functionality create a positive effect for both employees and employers alike.

It is a new way to hire young and talented people who update their profiles along with their experience and education.

Employees can make references, find new working experiences, and managers are able to find candidates, and reach out to them directly through InMail.

This offers a direct engagement which is more powerful, and an excellent way to show their interests in properly qualified candidates who would fit their needs.

Certainly, this is a good opportunity to train and educate employees and hire professionals.

Users search the market for the terms that are suitable for their working skills.

Everyone should be encouraged to join groups and raise their brand awareness to attract people who can help them make their brand better in any possible way. This works through contacts, which are very important in the business world.
